We have all been in situations like this – we have all experienced imposter syndrome at some point in our lives.

Initially thought to affect women more, evidence has shown that men suffer terribly from their fraud fears just as much. The good news is we can have some control over the view of our ‘best self’ and can learn to overcome it.
