David Bliss - Actor Role player Trainer

He has collaborated with legal teams working on important trials, law enforcement officers preparing to break serious crime rings, and senior clinicians in dealing with patient and doctor conflict.
Recent corporate role play clients have included: Royal Mail, SOCA, Hays, Marks & Clerk Attorneys, Reed, Birmingham Council, DEFRA, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Capita, The General Medical Council, The Royal College of Anesthetists, UCL, UCH, Royal College of Psychiatrists, and Elision Health Ltd.
Sara Jordan - Actor Role player Trainer
Sara started her career in acting after graduating from university with a BA Hons degree in Creative Arts.
This led to success in films, TV (yes, The Bill!) the theatre and also appearing in lots of adverts. When people think they know her it's usually because she was the Head and Shoulders girl for sometime, but she'd just like it known that she doesn't have dandruff!
For three years Sara ran her own drama school for younger children and has an association with the National Youth Theatre, running specialist drama workshops.
Sara has worked with The Ministry of Defence, Merrill Lynch, Johnson Controls, Brit Insurance, CRBT, Communities and Local Government and BT to name a few.
Everything she does is also done with a wonderful warmth and sense of fun; learning to her is so much harder if it is dry and dull.
Kate Arneil - Actor Role player Trainer
Kate's cast roles include Sondheim and Lloyd Webber shows, a wonderful sideline singing Gershwin with the late Larry Adler and trips round the world as a solo artist on the QE2.A native Glaswegian Kate studied acting at Rose Bruford college and left with a BA Hons, able to play a great range of parts, from the sublime to the ridiculous. Moll Flanders... then the front end of a pantomime horse. The devil in a new play by Alan Ayckbourn... and a policewoman hunting Gary Linneker on one of 'those' adverts.
Kate had great roles in the original London casts of Sondheim and Lloyd Webber shows, and a wonderful sideline singing Gershwin with the late Larry Adler, which led to trips round the world as a solo artist on the QE2.
At Impact Factory Kate has worked with a wide range of clients including HMPS, Somerfield and Lucky Voice.

Christopher Heimann - Actor Role player Trainer
Christopher moved to England many years ago, having convinced his family in Germany to support his acting training in England. Unfortunately, the training wasnt very good.
These days, Chris teaches improvisation at RADA where he is also a member of the audition panel. What he likes about role playing is the challenge to develop credible characters instantaneously, and keeping it real.
Recent work includes role playing with an international group of senior executives at BASF in Germany. The feedback was that he was quite wonderful at playing slightly depressed characters worn down by the daily grind, in both English and German.
Besides his work as a trainer and facilitator at Impact Factory, Chris has directed a number of award-winning plays that he devised with his theatre company The Imaginary Body.
