Jeremy Todd - Actor Role player Trainer
As a corporate role player Jeremy has worked across a variety of industries and with various levels of management.
With a Civil Service background, 8 years with the Department of Health and Social security, Jeremy has been attracted to role play work in many Government departments, including HMRC, UKBA, MoD, DEFRA and Home Office.
More recently Jeremy has focused on role play within the NHS. He worked across a huge range of employees and departments, focusing on developing better communication between clinical staff and patients and internally amongst the management team.
Private sector role play includes developing senior management of Carillion, Hasbro. KPMG, Homebase and British Aerospace.
Jeremy is familiar with a range of role play processes including bespoke, forum theatre as well as one to one role play.
David Bliss - Actor Role player Trainer
David has over fifteen years of corporate role play experience in a diverse cross section of business and has recently begun training actors new to the role play industry.
David firmly believes that at the heart of great role playing lies the ability for the actor to create an experience for the participant or group which challenges and opens doors to new possibilities of communication.
He has collaborated with legal teams working on important trials, law enforcement officers preparing to break serious crime rings, and senior clinicians in dealing with patient and doctor conflict.

Sara Jordan - Actor Role player Trainer
Sara started her career in acting after graduating from university with a BA Hons degree in Creative Arts.
This led to success in films, TV (yes, The Bill!) the theatre and also appearing in lots of adverts. When people think they know her it's usually because she was the Head and Shoulders girl for sometime, but she'd just like it known that she doesn't have dandruff!
For three years Sara ran her own drama school for younger children and has an association with the National Youth Theatre, running specialist drama workshops.
Sara has worked with The Ministry of Defence, Merrill Lynch, Johnson Controls, Brit Insurance, CRBT, Communities and Local Government and BT to name a few.
Everything she does is also done with a wonderful warmth and sense of fun; learning to her is so much harder if it is dry and dull.
Kate Arneil - Actor Role player Trainer
Kate's cast roles include Sondheim and Lloyd Webber shows, a wonderful sideline singing Gershwin with the late Larry Adler and trips round the world as a solo artist on the QE2.A native Glaswegian Kate studied acting at Rose Bruford college and left with a BA Hons, able to play a great range of parts, from the sublime to the ridiculous. Moll Flanders... then the front end of a pantomime horse. The devil in a new play by Alan Ayckbourn... and a policewoman hunting Gary Linneker on one of 'those' adverts.

Dannie Carr - Actor Role player Trainer
Actor, theatre director, college lecturer, voice-over artist, writer, events coordinator. The list of Dannie's skills is extensive and a natural fit for Impact Factory's eclectic array of Associates.
Dannie began her acting career while still in her teens, working with local theatre and TV companies. This led to a degree in Performing Arts from Sheffield University and a Post Grad Diploma at Drama School in London.
Her work as an actor has included theatre roles from Shakespeare to Brecht and her TV and Radio work has often ended up in the sci-fi world, including the featured role of Morli in two audio series of the Doctor Who spin off, Dalek Wars. Her distinctive voice (and accent!) can be heard on TV and radio adverts and trailers. She works as a visiting director and acting coach at a range of professional acting institutions. Dannie’s role play work has been extensive over the years, having worked for an array of companies on a diverse range of issues.
Dannie has also worked as a college lecturer and outreach worker using theatre and performance to aid both confidence and communication for young people. She has worked in business roles in copy editing, marketing and events co-ordinating. Some of her freelance events have involved writing a theatrical piece from scratch for HMS Belfast, recruiting, rehearsing, directing and performing it and organising everything from Health and Safety to managing the whole team involved!

Christopher Heimann - Actor Role player Trainer
Christopher moved to England many years ago, having convinced his family in Germany to support his acting training in England. Unfortunately, the training wasn’t very good.
These days, Chris teaches improvisation at RADA where he is also a member of the audition panel. What he likes about role playing is the challenge to develop credible characters instantaneously, and keeping it real.
Recent work includes role playing with an international group of senior executives at BASF in Germany. The feedback was that he was quite wonderful at playing slightly depressed characters worn down by the daily grind, in both English and German.
Besides his work as a trainer and facilitator at Impact Factory, Chris has directed a number of award-winning plays that he devised with his theatre company The Imaginary Body.
Philippa Waller - Actor Role player
Having completed an MA in French, Philippa went on to train as an actor at RADA. She now trains current RADA students in Audition Technique and Confidence Skills.
Her acting career ranged from the world of the West End Musical to surreal Polish theatre in France via Shakespeare in Dusseldorf. And of course an episode of The Bill. She also spent many years performing and developing improvised theatre and comedy with improv company - The Spontaneity Shop with whom she travelled all over the world performing comedy long form stories made up on the night. Not for the faint hearted!
She has also worked for many years and for many companies as a role player - with or without a script.
Shola Adewusi - Actor Role player
Shola is an experienced character actress and has played a variety of types in her capacity as a corporate role player.
She has been cast as a local protester for the Ministry of Defence executives training, a whole range of asylum seeker characters for an interview training programmes for Immigration and Nationality Directorate, she played a character for a Shell staff information programme and has made numerous education videos for a variety of organisations including Cambridge Learning.
Shola also participates regularly in a youth workshop in Knightsbridge aimed at assisting youths at risk of offending which requires amongst other things considerable improvisational skills.
Rez Kempton - Actor Role player
Rez is an long standing role player with 10 years experience which includes Diversity and legal ramifications for clients such as the NHS, Thames Valley Police Service, RBS, Barclays Capital, ASRA Housing Trust, Lewisham and Camden Councils.
In his acting life Rez has just finished shooting a comedy feature called Re-uniting the Rubins with Timothy Spall and Honor Blackman, a family drama called Life goes on with Om Puri and finally (busy man Rez) a British Gangster film called Baseline with Jamie Foreman and Dexter Fletcher.
This summer you can see Rez in Coming Up - Adha Cup on Channel 4.
Lucy Adams - Actor Role player
Lucy has worked in the training industry, along side being a professional actress since graduating from Drama Studio in 1999.
With a wealth of experience working with large blue chip organisations as well as Government agencies she prides herself on giving the client the most authentic experience achievable. Over the last four years, Lucy has worked with many organisations on diversity and equality, and is currently working with the House of Commons Diversity Department on their training programme.
This particular course programme includes many elements such as harassment in the workplace, discrimination and equality. Academically, Lucy holds a degree in Drama and English and a Post Graduate Diploma.
Asha Ramaswamy - Actor Role player
Asha is Asian, and has been very fortunate in gaining experience regarding ethnicity and diversity role play work over several years.
Earlier this year Asha was working in Madrid for Barclays Audit on the topic of cultural and diversity role play and training. More recently she has worked with the Metropolitan Police and NHS.
Asha has a Degree in psychology as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma in acting. Currently, Asha is working on a contract regarding behavioural impact training, for the National Patient Safety Agency based in London.
Simon Winkler - Actor Role player
Simon has a wide experience of professional role play work including forum theatre, providing facilitation and side coaching, working with various blue chip companies and also on Government and public sector contracts.
Moreover, Simon has has experience of equal opportunities legislation, as well as writing equal opportunities policies. He worked for the Department of Employment for 5 years and within the private employment sector.
Simon runs a successful theatre company working with service users from Mental Health and Drugs and alcohol sectors and have also worked with long term unemployed and ex-offenders.
Prior to becoming an actor Simon worked as a trained facilitator in a specialist training company providing a range of tailor made courses within IT, HR and retail sectors. This experience includes involvement with Blue Chip companies working in IT Security and provided IT and software training.
Nataylia Roni - Actor Role player
Nataylia has worked as a role player for prisons, schools as well as corporate organisations and as a result has a very wide experience of diversity and equality.
In a recent role play Nataylia played an employee who was being treated unfairly because of her colour. The brief was to contrast the different ways in which workers from different backgrounds and genders were treated by management and the effect on the morale and motivation.
Nataylia has delivered diversity scenarios for the NHS - The Children's Trust - HSBC Bank - HM Forces.
Raff Degruttola - Actor Role player
Raff has worked in the corporate role play industry for 15 years.
Raff's experience of diversity and inclusion was gained whilst working for the Ford Motor Company, role playing both manager and employee characters at assessment centres for new intakes.
With a solid grounding having trained at the Sylvia Young Theatre school and Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, Raff has worked within the discipline of improvisation and role play extensively during the past several years.
Taran B - Actor Role player
Taran's role play experience has been gained through many areas over several years, mostly with the public sector. He has sat on programmes related to diversity and equality role playing.
In particular, Taran has focused on areas such as race discrimination and bullying and harassment, where he supported the concentrated implementation and worked around strategic direction.
For example with bullying, Taran was given the situation where his manager directed him to perform pointless tasks and he had to deal with rumours and gossip around the workplace. All of which aimed to develop and progress equal opportunities as well as managing and valuing diversity.
Lovelace Akpojaro - Actor Role player
Delivering and devising diversity role play scenarios, Lovelace has worked for VOSA (Vehicle and Operator Services Agency), Barnados, Central and local government over several years.
His most recent pole play work involved delivering a whole forum theatre play around diversity issues with Tower Hamlets.
He is experienced using various methods within the delivery of these sessions such as hot seating, forum theatre and of course role play. When working for VOSA last year the training consisted of one to one interviews with senior managers. Here, Lovelace would role play one of their staff and then provide crucial feedback on their impact on himself as the employee.
The work with central and local government over the last four years consisted of scenes covering various aspects of diversity such as age, race, sexuality and belief. Lovelace would then role play one of the scenes and aim to get a better outcome.
Caroline George - Actor Role player
Caroline is Australian with Asian heritage. She has had significant experience as a corporate role player, primarily within the medical industry; working with various Royal Colleges and the General Medical Council. She has been involved in the crucial training of Doctors during their various stages of qualification, from case devising to the rigorous examination process.
In addition to her various acting ventures, Caroline has also had a successful corporate career working for various multinational corporations in both Sydney and London. Consequently, she has a solid understanding of HR policy and procedure, learning and development requirements and the unique pressures faced by managers and employees in a demanding corporate environment.
Doreen Ingleton - Actor Role player
Doreen's BA Performance Arts degree is where her career as a role player began through Improvisation and Role Play when she received her classical training.
After this, Doreen's opening was with the Anna Scher Children's theatre. This initially took a lot of very troubled children off the streets of Islington.
By using improvisation and role play techniques, this encouraged a lot of them to go on to lead very productive and professional lives. Some of these stayed within the industry and others went on to become lawyers, doctors, architects, teachers, social workers and one became a famous author!
Doreen has a passion for Politics and has recently been invited to join the Justice of the Peace and become a magistrate. Her ambition to become a school Governor. In 2005 Doreen was selected as a Councillor for Leabridge Ward in Waltham Forest. She has also sat on community councils and is very involved with her local community.
She is a strong believer in making her contribution to make a positive difference. Having spearheaded fundraising campaigns to regenerate local recreational parks, she was also involved with a successful street warden scheme which was later rolled out across the borough.
Sarah Burke - Actor Role player
Sarah is an Actor, Role player, NLP practitioner, improviser and writer.
She trained as an actor in her hometown Dublin, completing the Gaiety School of Acting full time course in 2003 and has since based herself in London. She has acted in numerous roles in TV, film and theatre.
She is also a keen writer and set up a theatre company in 2007 with three other actors.
Sarah has a high level of improvisational skills and a keen interest in communication which makes her a flexible, intelligent corporate role player. She has worked in various role play situations for organisations both in the UK and Ireland including the legal and medical professions. She also trained with NLP Europe in Regents Park College where she became a certified NLP practitioner.
Sarah has hands on experience in recruiting, managing and training staff for a call centre dealing with legal and financial products. When not acting or role playing, she works in a school in London as a Learning Support Assistant for children with special needs.
