Capita Connexions Card - Presentation Skills
Connexions Card is one of the largest Smart-Card projects of its kind in Europe. What's different about it is that it's aimed at 16 – 19 year olds in education. It aims to give every child in the country a card that earns points through attainment, attendance, aptitude and activities. Spirit Group - Customer Service Skills
Spirit Group is a young, fast moving entrepreneurial pub company which aims to bring fresh thinking to the UK licensed retailing sector. We've been running a series of exciting programmes with them, which focus on Customer Service and Service Standards. Whatever circles of business you move in, setting high standards is imperative.
