Ana has been around the block a few times.
Before joining Impact Factory in 2016, she worked for operational improvement and energy listed consultancies and previously to that, as a journalist and PR executive for IT global firms.
For Ana, Impact Factory is a breath of fresh air where she has found the freedom to do things in a different way and where she has discovered the importance of mental flexibility, collaboration, creativity and fun at work.

With her international experience in branding, communication and business development, she is responsible for Impact Factory’s new value proposition, Go to Market strategy, Breakfast Tasters, audiovisual content and success stories working closely with our trainers and the rest of the Home Team.
Ana has a BA Degree in Communication Sciences for Complutense University in Madrid, is enthusiastic, focused and driven and she is happiest sharing time with her husband and two children, having a laugh with friends, reading voraciously, watching good cinema, doing yoga and immersing herself in nature.
