"I found the most useful:
• Roleplaying various situations and how to deal with those, as I find this is an easier way to learn – especially when I then reflect on and imagine specific circumstances I have / may come across at work.
• Going through scenarios and situations with others that have similar experiences but do not work with or know – this helps to reflect on the human psyche and behaviours we all face.
I haven’t had the opportunity to chair or facilitate a meeting yet, I have become more aware of peoples behaviours as a result of the training.
I certainly will be reviewing my notes before the next meeting I chair/facilitate.
I have used the feedback model, as we’re currently in the process of undertaking 360 feedback exercise, so I have provided some support to others on how best to deliver feedback.
I found you and Asma delightfully humorous and knowledgeable, which made learning with you a pleasure. I felt that you were both able to bring everyone, with different personalities, together very well."
