Outside of the office, Deborah is a talented florist and baker. Her arrangements appear at many Impact Factory events!

Deborah Kinsella became a part of Impact Factory in June 2011 as our part-time Office Manager.

She brings her calm, order and organisational skills to the team, and exceptional skills they are.

Debbie (as she likes to be called) is a terrific administrator and can always be relied upon to know exactly where everything is and is adept at keeping our complex admin needs in order.

Previously, she has been a secretary to five GPs and has been a school secretary as well.

She is a people person and enjoys nothing more than making sure whoever comes into the IF office feels comfortable in our environment.

We all feel wonderfully cared for by Debbie and her efficiency and professionalism make all of our lives easier.

Outside of the office, Deborah is a passionate and dedicated trustee for the Ben Kinsella Trust, who have been given a variety of awards for raising awareness against knife and violent crime for young people in our society.
