PET (Personal Effectiveness Training)

What do you do when you think you're already doing all that you can? You are a key member of your company. People rely on your management skills, judgements and decisions and expect you to continually "come up with the goods". Naturally, your stress and coping mechanisms are being stretched to the limit. Companies today are cutting back, tightening operations, wanting more out of every employee. You can call it downsizing, outsourcing, culture change... whatever. An Impact Factory Personal Effectiveness Trainer (PET) offers one-to-one personal effectiveness training (on or off site) that gives you confidentiality, unbiased support, objectivity, motivation and a place to off-load with no career-limiting consequences.

A PET will look at how you already work, e.g. time management, interpersonal and communication skills, and will then assess what you do well, what limits your effectiveness and what needs to change. From this objective standpoint, you and your Personal Effectiveness Trainer will create and implement a strategy to change the way you work. You get in good physical shape by working out with a personal trainer; now you can get into peak career condition by having an Impact Factory PET.
