Becoming an Impact Factory Enabled Professional
Thats a mouthful!
"Oh oobee doo I wanna be like you oo oo"
People see the work that we do and the effect that our development programmes have on their people and they ask us "How can I get to do that?"
The short answer is you can't. 
Now, we're not saying, no, we're just saying becoming like us isn't a quick couple of sessions and voila! You can do what we do.
It takes a colossal amount of time and effort that each and every one of our Partners puts in to their own development. Oh and by the way you'd also need to persuade Impact Factory that you are worth our investing thousands of man hours into your development as well and that you fit our nearly impossible criteria!
So that's the bad news.
The good news is that people keep asking and since we like to come up with creative solutions, we've devised something rather exciting. Now, it won't make you an Impact Factory Trainer but it will do the next best thing. That big mouthful thing - you will become an "Impact Factory enabled professional" (you get extra points if you say it 10 times quickly without pause).
And that's about understanding how we approach training, our ethos in dealing with groups and individuals, how we manage and run exercises, but far more importantly, it will be about facilitating your own personal professional development journey within the context of an Impact Factory setting.
The Programme
Foundation Training
The heart of the work will be a version of the Foundation Training we give all Impact Factory trainees.
This runs one day a week for six weeks and looks at
- - Running a room
- Group Dynamics
- Change and Choice
- The Right Way (there isnt one by the way)
- Patterns and Beliefs
- Seeing and play
Through these rich and varied areas you will be supported and encouraged to apply all the principals and exercises looked at on the training days in your live and work. Impact Factory doesn't just do work. When we say 'more than just training' we mean that we work with the whole person, not only the job-related person. That way our approach and ethos is integrated fully.
You will discover our take and approach to the way people learn, the unconscious behaviour and body language they exhibit, the habits, patterns, rules and 'laws' that nearly everyone adheres to whether they know it or not.
The greater you understand how and why things happen the way they do both in the training room and out of it, the greater your ability to make things happen the way you would like. This isn't about manipulation; it's about working with what people already do.
Since this is about your development, we will continually be looking at you - all the positive qualities you bring to the table, your unique 'voice', your own personal style and what works about it.
Executive Support Programme
Following the initial training there will be individually crafted one to one support for each participant to develop their newly acquired Impact Factory skills at work.
This will take the shape of an Impact Factory Partner co-leading or shadowing trainings, team meetings, group events, presentations etc. This is followed by de-briefing and coaching towards the next event.
This form of extended executive coaching will be defined and developed for each individual depending on their needs.

Like all members of the Impact Factory team you will also have access to our comprehensive library of useful documents, handy hints and tips and Impact Factory branded handouts you can use. Even after your immersion in our work and the Executive Support Programme, you will be encouraged to keep in contact with us for any advice, support, last minute hand-holding, or just to have a jolly good chat over a glass of your favourite tipple.
