Connexions Card is one of the largest Smart-Card projects of its kind in Europe. What's different about it is that it's aimed at 16 – 19 year olds in education.
It aims to give every child in the country a card that earns points through attainment, attendance, aptitude and activities.
Our challenge was to help the Capita Connexions Card Management Team face both children and teachers on a daily basis to sell and implement the card into school life.
They needed to make authentic, believable presentations to large groups of teenagers about the scheme and its aims.
They also needed to run credible meetings with education staff to enrol them in the management of the project,
