Monika Gudelj
Monika joined us at the beginning of 2010 after working for Chanel in Londons affluent New Bond Street. Her decision to hang up her shiny shoes and desire for a greater challenge led her to Impact Factory. Starting as a temp she soon made herself indispensible and, after a travel break, began with us full time in September.
Born and bred in Australia of Croatian heritage, her passion for traveling and adventure led to her move to London in 2009. Though in between she has visited Hungary, Germany, Italy, Spain, France and of course Croatia.
A PR graduate, Monika has 10 years experience working in the Retail Industry as a Store Manager/Buyer in Australia her professionalism and passion for customer service has made her the perfect addition to the Home Team.
Not only does she provide Administrative Assistance to the company, her role at Impact Factory as Front of House fits Monika to a T. Her welcoming energy and positive vibe has made her a permanent fixture in our main reception room.
