Aged 22 and working for the Civil Service I overheard the following conversation:




Jim:- I'm retiring next week, I've been in this department man and boy for 44 years.






John:- Lucky sod!! What are you going to do with yourself?







Jim:- Start enjoying life... (laughs loudly)








Me thinks... "No way dude!". Crikey, there must be more to life than this. I'm outta here...
