Until recently, Trixie was a familiar voice on BBC Radio 4 and BBC World Service. She has worked as a national and international broadcast journalist for 15 years and is an experienced and versatile interviewer. She has presented "You & Yours", Radio 4's live flagship consumer affairs programme: "Everywoman", for BBC World Service, reflecting the concerns of a world audience of women: "Outlook", BBC World Service's renowned magazine programme winning a live audience of 54 million people: as well as one–off programmes and documentaries. Trixie has extensive travel experience, reporting from all over the world including Europe, USA, Mexico, Bhutan, the Dominican Republic and China. She is known for a style which brings together warmth and clarity, and, when the occasion merits, a firm interviewing technique. No, she isn't a Paxman, but she does know how to get the best from her interviewees. Which is why she has such exceptional skills to pass on to those looking for Media Training: she knows just how tough an interview or the press can be, even for the most harmless-seeming subject. Bringing her skills from one side of the microphone to the other, Trixie has worked with many leading corporate clients, providing interview training, presentation skills and content analysis, but she's not a one-note trainer: Trixie has expanded her repertoire to include Communication Skills, Personal Impact and Customer Care, among other areas of her work with Impact Factory.
