Tee Dobinson – Motivational SpeakerAs well as being much in demand as a Motivational Speaker Tee is an expert in Leadership and Influencing skills. She is passionate about enabling others to become more confident in these arenas and empowering people to get the most from their life. Tee also works in the areas of Change Management, Performance Management, Personal Impact, Team Building, and Leadership. Tee has extensive experience with a large range of blue chip and smaller companies along with central and local government bodies. A 'serial achiever', Tee began her early career as a primary school teacher and gained qualified coach status in four sports during this time. She went on to win a one-year secondment to the Laban Centre of Dance and then to train school teachers herself, becoming the youngest advisory teacher in the UK. A move to management within the Health and Fitness Industry followed next. Tee managed a team of fifty staff at a City of London health club and was responsible for the waistlines of 4,000 members. Later she moved on to become the first Certification Specialist in Europe for AFFA, training and certifying fitness instructors across Europe and North America. Tee then co-wrote The Crunch, a fitness book that was a best seller in 28 countries. Next Tee moved into presenting as a motivational speaker on the global convention stage and was nominated UK Fitness Leader of the Year. She achieved further recognition with a prestigious Nike sponsorship as a Nike Fitness Athlete. Tee joined Robin Chandler and Jo Ellen Grzyb at Impact Factory in 1996 and has been a major contributor to the material and methodology that underpins the work. As Associate Director Tee's 2006 clients include: British Airways; Barnet Council; Corus Group; Disability Rights Commission; Equal Opportunities Commission; Eversheds; IUCN, Lewisham Council; Merrill Lynch; Southwark Council; The House of Lords; Tower Hamlets Council and Whitehead Mann. Tee has devised a mentoring programme for school children that has been commended by Ofsted and has trained and supported a group of Mentors to run it. The programme has now been adopted permanently by the pilot school and will be extended in 2007. As if that wasn't enough, this year Tee has completed a children's book and is working on a second adult book aimed at increasing Confidence. Motivational Speaker
