Free lunchAt Impact Factory we challenge the notion that there has to be a catch to go along with the free lunch. Well, what if there wasn't one? At Impact Factory we may not give our personal development training away for nothing - that would be crazy! However, we do give away lots of things that other companies charge big bucks for. Why? Partly because we always like to be different and partly because we believe in building relationships for the long-term, making people feel that they can come to us for solutions to almost any personal or professional development problem. So exactly what can you get from us for nothing? Factory Gate library: documents based on our years of corporate training experience. Brilliant, accessible writing. Client documents: to our clients we give away material that sets out many of the games, exercises and processes that make our workshops unique. Personal development stuff: stuff that will help you to examine your personal life and how to find a better balance between work and home. It includes goodies like our provocative Factory Desire Pack, examining lots of aspects of your life: from work to relationships and from sex to shopping. Meetings:unlike many other companies, the meter doesn't start running when we attend meetings. Development work: we also don't charge for the development work involved in taking a project from proposal to delivery. Factory Visits: a taster of the Impact Factory experience and two hours of the partners' time and energy for nothing. We can also bring the Factory to you and your colleagues for free too. Consultations: sit down with an Impact Factory partner and explore in depth where your training programme is headed and what could be different. Free tickets to shows at the Business Design Centre: we can let you have tickets to shows at the BDC; like the Country Living Spring and Christmas Fairs, Art shows or Natural Living. Who knows, we might even take you to lunch.
