We're delighted to announce that Anthony Etherton has been made Partner after 3 years with Impact Factory.Anthony has been tireless in his client development work particularly, becoming so good at telemarketing that he is tutoring our new Associates that are in training now!
As well as establishing the highly effective Forum Theatre Workshop, Anthony has been a significant contributor to our Presentation Skills and Customer Service Skills training programmes.
His work has been for clients such as Merrill Lynch, Fidelity Investments and Pfizer Consumer Healthcare
As well as being one of our regular trainers on our Open Course programmes.
