Experiential Training

Experiential Training

Training that touches the parts other trainings can't reach.

Impact Factory trainers are the luckiest trainers in the UK.

We work in communications skills training which, by necessity, requires us all to be effective talkers, which to a man... and woman, we all enjoy and thrive on.

We don't do chalk and talk, we do …doing.

We believe that effective learning takes place in a safe, experiential environment.

An environment in which delegates can generate and experience real emotions and feelings as a direct consequence of their both their physical and spoken participation in the day.

You can't learn to develop communications skills through reading, thinking, keyboard input or watching videos about them.

You can learn about them by watching, but you can only really learn them by doing.

You can only really develop your skills by actually physically practicing them so they become part of your normal and natural everyday behaviours.

That's why we, as Impact Factory trainers, are some of the luckiest trainers around.

We absolutely thrive on working with and encouraging you to build your confidence and raise your awareness of all the subconscious elements affecting everyday communication.

So because we enjoy ourselves so much in our work, it's easy for us to create a brilliant creative and conducive learning atmosphere.

In short, an atmosphere in which our delegates can push a few boundaries and try out a few new skills... if they choose to.

We don't have many rules, but one is:

"No-one gets pushed"

You have to jump of your own accord".

Taking that step is a lot easier when you know there's the safety net of two experienced and able trainers in the room.

Experiential training - better than the real thing.
