Above par-snip.....we think so!!
As we know, Jo Ellen takes her gardening and allotment very seriously, so she entered her very large, very peculiar parsnip in the Suffolk Organic Gardener's Autumn Show. Sadly, she didn't win as her offering was put in the shade by abundant, overflowing baskets of other people's gorgeous produce. She did, however, win a prize for the cleverest title for her exhibit: The Day of the Triffid-style Parsnip and his more normal-looking sibling. Stick to the writing, Jo Ellen, and just eat your veg instead of displaying it!
