It is evident that the old adage: "There's strength in numbers" holds very true in all aspects of life. None truer than when coaching in groups. The benefits are immense.

Group coaching sessions normally run between 6 to 8 weeks, one day per week, for one to two hours each week. These sessions are held over dedicated telephone lines, normally referred to as "bridge lines."
