General Coaching Experience and Background

I began my working life as a Research Chemist at GSK, and have since enjoyed a further career as a music business entrepreneur, including owning and managing a successful recording and publishing company.

More recently, I have qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Coach and have a busy West London practice two days per week. I have worked at Impact factory for three years specialising in Personal Impact, Networking, Stress Management and Conflict Management. I have developed and am delivering the Stress Management Open Course for Impact Factory in 2008.

Specific Coaching Experience

My background, in both Research and Media before joining Impact Factory, has given me broad and in depth experience of working with a whole variety of personalities, from the analytical to the highly creative and pragmatic. I continue to work in the field of clinical hypnosis, executive coaching and therapy.

I hold qualifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy (DipHyp and PDHyp)

My Approach as an Executive Coach

I feel that working in a light and fun way suits my style of coaching. That does not mean that I am not capable of handling coaching issues with gravitas. My intention is to bring this energy to the sessions and help people to see they have immense resources as their authentic self. This process can be invigorating and inspirational experience for both parties. I feel I am able to bring a wealth of understanding of how our internal world relates to the external world - and into the arena of communication within the business environment.
