Excellent Customer Service is the core of a thriving business and Katherine believes passionately that Customer Service training should be motivational, interactive and fun!

Throughout her career at Impact Factory, Katherine has sought to provide people at the chalk face of Customer Service with strategies for dealing with tricky situations that build the confidence and skills of the individual.

Katherine has been instrumental in designing and delivering a huge range of Customer Service programmes to Corporate Clients and Public Sector Clients. From small customer facing organisations such as the Karaoke chain Lucky Voice, to root and branch customer service training for all of ExCel exhibition centre staff, to telephone focussed training for Capita.

Each organisation has it's own particular brand of Customer Service and each person has to be able to hold that brand while maintaining their individuality and this is key to Impact factory's approach. Katherine is also responsible for running our hugely successful early-morning Customer Service Seminars.

Other Customer Service programmes Katherine has delivered include; KBC Bank, Anglia Ruskin University and Aviva and Navitas. She is also developing a Train the Trainer programme specifically for organisations gearing up to 2012 London Olympics to create Customer Service Champions to deliver inspiring training across an organisation.
