Tom Bruno-Magdich – Creativity and Innovation, Presentation Skills, Executive CoachingCreativity, Presentation and CommunicationTom began his working life at sixteen as a trainee graphic designer. After one year he decided that trying to be creative working under strip lighting in a hot stuffy office while sitting at a desk was not for him. By chance a girlfriend introduced him to the glamorous world of hairdressing and he embarked on a new career as an apprentice hairdresser with Robert Fielding of Regent Street.By age twenty five he had made his mark and his fortune owning and running a small chain of hair salons, sold up and returned to Robert Fielding to become the 'Artistic Director' of training and development on the Advanced Hairdressing programme. Here he designed and developed the acclaimed V.I.P course, addressing issues around customer service and presentation skills. Finally he decided to throw in the towel (and the hairdryer) and realize his long held ambition to study acting. He attended the Lee Strasberg Institute of method acting and studied Voice and Verse at R.A.D.A. Following this training, he was fortunate to enjoy ten glorious and surprising years as a working actor, which included appearances both on the West End stage and on television. It was during his spell in several long running shows that Tom decided to fill his days and expand his mind by studying Psychoanalytic Psychology at the University of London, Hypnotherapy with the I.H.A and also completing the NLP practitioners course with Richard Bandler and Paul Mckenna. After finally leaving the world of theatre Tom began designing and delivering corporate entertainment events, which he both performed in and hosted. It was during this time that he made new contacts in the business world and began to put his drama skills to use by offering coaching in presentation skills to executives. This has led to a continuing and developing career as a trainer. On his journey of creative self expression and discovery Tom has also managed to write several plays, a book and composed the score for a musical based on Marcels Pagnols 'Jean De Floret' for the stage which is currently being prepared for production. He now utilises all the invaluable skills he has acquired bringing a unique energy and experience to his work in Creativity and Innovation, Leadership Skills, Communication and Presentation skills with Impact Factory.
