Katherine Grice – Presentation Skills and CreativityPresentation Skills and CreativityI have run my own theatre company, which has given me an insight into the thrill and despair of having a business, a vision and what’s needed to enthuse and motivate people.Over the years I have worked for many national and regional companies and played to audiences ranging from 4 (consisting of 3 critics and my Mum at the Edinburgh Festival – they all loved/hated it!) to 2500 at the London Palladium. I have also taught acting and run workshops everywhere from the British Embassy in Hong Kong to Pentonville Prison. I believe this range of experiences help in my work with Impact Factory. When I worked for the Royal Shakespeare Company I became involved in their education programme and this lead to my interest in personal/professional development. Good theatre is about passion, commitment, communication and in making a connection with your audience and this is what I try to bring to my work with Impact Factory. My particular skills and passions within Impact Factory include Presentation Skills, Creativity and Innovation, and Communication Skills. I am warm, compassionate and am getting pretty good and managing that life-balance thing everyone talks about, managing my Impact Factory life and the East London world I live in East London world I inhabit with my husband, two young sons and an asthmatic cat.
