Brainstorming - Two Heads

It's part of our practice here at Impact Factory to have two trainers in the room. Why?

Because we firmly believe that two heads are better than one. Two heads in the room allows you to:

bounce ideas
share delivery
look after people's needs better
be more on the ball about how things tie together
gives double the opportunity for stories and examples
gives different ways for things to be explained and framed
people are supported more

Brainstorming is brilliant for problem solving and the ever changing dynamic which having two people in the room produces, i.e. no dozing off from anyone...

Two Heads in the brainstorming session

More than two heads in any creative brainstorming session means you can do all of the above as well as come up with:

new concepts
enhance the quality of ideas
create more ideas
come up with more ways of moving things forward
boost morale
improve teamwork and business relations

This also allows you to engage with other people in the excitement that you have no knowledge as to where the session will end up - there are no clear goals and therefore the possibilities are endless.
