Cabaret artist, marketing expert, drama workshop creator and of course Impact Factory facilitator, Maria is certainly a multi-talented addition to Impact Factory. Maria brings enthusiasm, resourcefulness and an imaginative approach to her work at Impact Factory along with a wealth of business experience and knowledge.Having worked in a range of sectors including publishing, printing, arts, banking, finance, public and charity sectors, Maria's interest in training and development has grown over many years leading her to Impact Factory.
Her performing experience includes corporate and organisational theatre, improvisation, role play, voice over, as well as leading drama workshops and creative productions.
In marketing Maria has often been required to do presentations, public speaking and creative business writing and she has written and produced company websites and corporate videos in this capacity. With over 10 years of marketing experience with SMEs Maria is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is a fluent German speaker and has worked extensively in Germany as well.
As a cabaret entertainer and producer with an interest in Brechtian theatre and Theatre of the Oppressed, Maria followed a path to develop workshops exploring communication, connection, self-confidence and expression using drama and cabaret-based techniques with influences from Brecht to Boal.
With her performing background Maria is a natural working with Impact Factorys Presentation and Public Speaking courses, but also has a passion for Creative Business Writing, Negotiations Skills, Networking, Facilitation and Conflict Management
