Doug OsborneDoug has developed our finance department over the past three years during a period of unprecedented growth. He has a solid business background – the music biz is a good training ground for that – that charms our clients and eases our financial forward movement. He joined our internal development programme for prospective Partners in August 2006 and has successfully ‘made it’ to an Associate on the training team in Nov 2007. This is an Impact factory first – our first internal recruit! For just a few more months Doug remains at the Financial helm of Impact factory….
