Charlotte Kerwick
Charlotte joined Impact Factory in February 2005 as the Company Manager. Her flair for building relationships both internally and externally has contributed to the substantial growth we have achieved this past year. And she's humble too!
We don't have to be: Charlotte is a dream Company Manager, combining a high level of professionalism with a wicked, dry sense of humour and real insight into people's foibles and temperaments - a much needed skill in this very quirky company.
Her expertise is well grounded in media and training – in fact she came to us as sector manager from another training company. Our gain without a doubt!
Charlotte hails from New Jersey originally, leaving home at 16 to attend New York University. She later graduated from Hunter College with a degree in Creative Writing and Political Science.
In New York, Charlotte worked at the United Nations in their TV and Radio departments. Her other eclectic roles included gallery assistant at the Metropolitan Museum, selling antique jewellery at flea markets and helping to develop a respite program for carers of Alzheimer's patients. She also spent a year living in Madrid teaching English.
Charlotte became a mother in 1995 with the birth of her son Max. Three years later, she moved to London to marry her British husband and fulfil a lifelong dream of living in a council flat on the dole in South London! Now many years later, she still loves living in South London with her little family and is a true Impact Factory star.
