Promotion Promotion Promotion!!Tom Bruno-Magdich has been promoted to Partner - what can we say... A hugely loved man here at Impact Factory.Since Tom first started here at Impact Factory he has been an essential creative cog in the Impact Factory engine. With an extensive background in creativity, communication and presentation Tom has brought such natural ability to drive, motivate and create that it was inevitable that he could only move in one direction. Well done Tom!! Tina Lamb and Anthony Etherton have been promoted to Senior Partners. Tina's pivotal role in developing the Open Courses here at Impact Factory has had a massive effect on business and direction. Tina joined us around 4 years ago and has been a driving force behind the company and the trainers ever since. With her outgoing approach to training she has helped develop one of our most successful open courses Business Networking. She is a huge inspiration with her incredible energy and insightful ways of developing trainers. Tina is a true star here at Impact Factory and we love her being here! Anthony also joined around the same time bringing a dynamic approach to the way we train.
