What is New?2006 has already seen a burst of new clients, new work, and new programmes. This is directly the result of our outstanding Partners and Associates who have been developing Impact Factory at an ever-increasing rate, not to mention the style and depth of our user-friendly website. We started the New Year with an old friend: British Airways had been a client from 1999 to 2001 but because of 9/11 ceased all external training. We were thrilled to win a tender to be their first soft skills training company in four years to deliver work, in this case, an Influencing Programme over a range of departments. We added the following major new clients in the first quarter of the year, all with roll-outs of extended programmes: Surrey County Council (a Customer Service workshop for their Shared Services Centre), Kent County Council (our innovative Forum Theatre work for, yet again....Customer Service), Disability Rights Commission (Dealing with Change). Not to mention working on three Conferences for Corus Group and Eversheds, reacquainting ourselves with two more old friends: Johnson Controls (Influencing & Personal Impact) and Raytheon Systems (Presentation Skills), maintaining our excellent and long-term relationships with Merrill Lynch and Fidelity Investments and getting to know many new clients working with us for the first time. The most recent work we've booked over the past two or three weeks gives a really clear indication of the eclectic range of our clients as well as the work we do for them: Reckitt Benckiser (household products on a global scale): Creativity and Innovation workshops Royal Bank of Scotland: Participating in a teambuilding conference focusing on Influencing. Royal Marsden Hospital: Kicking off a Directors Conference with a Teambuilding session Living Well (a charity for people living with AIDS): Presentation Skills Criminal Records Bureau : Excellent Customer Service News International : a Teambuilding day If you would like to talk to us about our Communication Skills and Presentation Skills programmes, or any of the other professional personal development work we do, call us on 020 7226 1877 or e-mail us at enquiries@impactfactory.com Communication and Presentation Skills Training
