Bronia Szczygiel is made Partner!Bronia hails from a highly successful IT background, but it was her passion for developing people that attracted her to the work we do at Impact Factory.Along with our senior partner Graham Bennett, Bronia was instrumental in helping Huntingdonshire District Council set up a brand new call centre from scratch. The training kicked off with teambuilding then moved on to customer service and software training, a combination of hard and soft skills training that lasted most of last summer. Bronia has also worked with many of our other top clients including Capita, Johnson Controls, Raytheon Systems and Merrill Lynch. Her areas of training expertise include; Presentation Skills, Leadership Development, Personal Impact and Customer Service.
