I understand that the above booking is subject to agreement with the following terms and conditions:

Training Courses
Impact Factory reserves the right to make changes or improvements to its courses and workshops at any time without notice.

Booking Confirmation
Bookings may be made by phone, fax or online. Online bookings will be confirmed by email the next working day.

Cheques should be made payable to Impact Factory Limited.

Joining Instructions
On receipt of payment we will issue complete joining instructions, a location map, public transport information, venue details and course timings.

Price
Courses will be charged at the price shown on the website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change course fees without notice. Open courses include tuition, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and handouts and relevant documents.

Payment
All online payments are processed through RBS WorldPay secure online gateway.

Credit Card payments
We accept payment by Delta, Switch/Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and Amex. Customers choosing to use credit cards as a method of payment will be subject to a small handling fee. There will be no charge for debit cards or BACS payments.

Corporate accounts
If you would like to discuss opening, or if you already have, a corporate account with Impact Factory, please call us on +44 (0)20 7226 1877.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking please call +44 (0)20 7226 1877. Cancellation charges are:
15 - 28 days before a course = 50% of the course fee.
1 - 14 days before a course = 100% of the course fee.

In the event of Impact Factory cancelling a course, where an alternative cannot be provided, we will refund in full any payment received in respect of that course.

Transfers
If you need to transfer your booking please call 020 722 1877 When you transfer to another course you will be charged the cancellation fee plus the cost of the new course.

Any other form of non-attendance which does not meet these transfer requirements is considered a cancellation and cancellation charges will be incurred.
